We provide a safe, welcoming, grounded environment with soft, comfortable mats and blankets. All you have to do is show up and allow yourself to rest, receive, and explore.

These small groups are limited to 10 participants, creating a beautiful, intimate journey. This smaller container allows for deeper connection, more personal support, and a more intentional shared experience.

Dosing
Dosing is completely optional. Before dosing, we speak with each person one-on-one to help you find the right amount — fully tailored to your needs, comfort level, and intentions.

Suggested donation: $44 (Sliding Scale $25-$55)
